A bit about who I am, what I build, and how I work.
Background
I'm Ethan Ptacek — an AI systems builder, web developer, and automation consultant based in the United States. I focus on building practical, business-facing technology: chatbots that qualify leads, automations that save hours of manual work, and web applications that handle real users at scale.
My work sits at the intersection of AI and business operations. I care about building things that actually work in production — not just prototypes. That means thinking through edge cases, fallback logic, data pipelines, and the small details that make a system reliable.
What I do
Most of my projects fall into a few categories: AI chatbot systems for lead generation and customer service, workflow automation using tools like Zapier and webhooks, and full-stack web applications built on Firebase and Node.js.
