MyEventScape.
An all-in-one platform for planning events — venue and vendor coordination through permitting and municipal approval.
Overview
Event planning as a map you can draw on, not a folder of PDFs.
The Problem
Planning anything larger than a backyard party means juggling a venue, a dozen vendors, a city permit office, and a capacity number somebody has to defend. That work currently lives in email threads, spreadsheets, and a site plan drawn in whatever tool was open.
What I Built
A map-first planning canvas. You place stages, tents, entrances, and vendor stalls on a real map, and the layout becomes the plan — with a crowd-capacity widget doing the maths as you go, and what3words references for anything that has to be found on the day. It’s been rebuilt more than once, each time better than the last.
Why It Matters
The layout, the capacity, and the permit application are the same document. Getting them to agree by hand is where events go wrong.
